St Anton Condos #17

This is unit # 17- Beautifully renovated. A one bedroom, one bath, side unit facing the lovely courtyard area. The unit is located close to the front of the complex, with lots of sun and views of the mountain, gondola, and courtyard. Beds: Master bedroom - king bed and 39' flat screen TV, living room - queen sofa sleeper and a twin sleeper chair, 42' flat screen TV and Blu-Ray player. A new gas fireplace. The courtyard area has a heated pool (summer only), 2 year round outdoor hot tubs, BBQs and picnic tables summer/fall. The recreation room has a dry sauna, pool table, kitchen area with refrigerator and microwave for group gatherings, a large screen TV, sitting area with large fireplace. For winter skiers, the complex is located roughly 110 yards from Chair 7 at Canyon Lodge. A secure ski locker is provided in the garage.

ONLY 1 INSIDE PARKING SPOT IS GUARANTEED WITH THIS UNIT (6'8 clearance) any additional parking is not guaranteed.
NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO EMOTIONAL SUPPPORT ANIMALS.
ONLY CERTIFIED ADA SERVICE ANIMALS ALLOWED.
Maximum occupancy is four people, including children.

  This is a good unit, nicely renovated, the kitchen well equipped, and with visually enticing pictures along the walls. The only quibble would be the dining area - the bench is hard and cold. The cushions provided are awkward and not quite comfortable. Why not put on fixed upholstery? It would make it so much more Alpine. Also the hot water can run low, so best to time showers apart. But otherwise, I would recommend.

  Unit 17 is a comfortable 1 bedroom condo.
  The kitchen worked well to cook breakfast and dinner.
  The unit has been renovated and It has new counters, flooring and dining area. All new furniture and wall art .
  The two jacuzzis were in need of immediate repair! One of the jacuzzi’s was not heated and the other one only got to 97 degrees. This one also had peeling wall and floor coatings. Over all you want a good jacuzzi after a day on the mountain!

  Condo #17 was fantastic! The hallway closets were redone to be super effective storage for snowboards and wet gear, plus tons of hangers for everything. Kitchen had everything we needed and more! Everything was so well thought-out and labeled, making finding things that we needed a breeze! Highly recommend this condo for your next stay. Walking distance to Canyon Lodge makes St. Antons our favorite condos to rent.

  Every time I stay here the staff is very helpful and the rooms are super clean and each condo has its own character all the ones I’ve stayed in have been designed well with the skier in mind as well as the summer guests .
  The location is perfect . It’s my favorite place to rent when I make trips to mammoth summer or winter .thank you again St .   Our stay at #17 was fantastic! The unit feels brand new, and the layout and overall aesthetic of the space was smoothing and comfy. Would love to stay again.   We stayed in condo #17,’which had recently been remodeled. The appliances and furniture were all up to date. The owner is a photographer and the pictures on the walls were beautiful! The kitchen was one of the best appointed we’ve seen. It had everything we could need to cook our meals in. The bed was comfortable, the shower had pressure, and the heating worked. The 2 jacuzzis, which were hot, were right across from our building. The condos are situated right at the end of the Canyon Lodge parking area -so convenient.

  We were staying in this unit during the 7 1/2 feet of snow fall. Walking over to Canyon Lodge was such a pleasure. Our car was safely in the underground garages. It was so fun to ski and see the changes as the snow fell .The staff went above and beyond with snow removal! An impossible job that they have mastered. Unit 17 is remodeled and beautiful. The owners are great photographers and display some awesome scenes on the walls.

  We visited St Anton's condo in the summer, so we missed all the winter fun here, but we greatly adored the refreshing swimming pool and the pretty grounds. This condo looks out on to the pool. The property was clean and comfortable. The decor was outdated, but the condo was so cozy! I would recommend it to my friends and family. The customer service was helpful and friendly too. We will be coming back in the winter!
