*Living room: The living room has large comfy sofa with oversized matching chair! The sofa opens into a queen bed with new comforter and blankets. The old corner fireplace was removed leaving an extra-large full-length window that lets in more light with better views of Lincoln Mountain & top of Mammoth Mountain with the lifts across the street. The new propane fireplace is easily operated by a thermostat & will keep you warm & cozy day and night. There is a TCL 55' 6-series 4K UHD QLED Roku Smart TV.
*Dining Area has a dining table for 4 as well as 4 bar stools for the countertop breakfast area. Twin trundle bed with mattresses & storage under bottom bed.
*Kitchen: larger kitchen, quartz countertops, new cupboards, & all new stainless-steel appliances. Keurig & regular coffee maker plus all that's needed for cooking.
* Bathroom/Vanity: Granite countertop with double sinks & storage. Large vanity mirror with different light selections. Tiled walk-in shower with glass partition.

    We rent 1 bedroom condos 2-3 x/yr here; the complex is great! Close to Canyon Lodge, but we won’t rent #35 again. The description of the unit is misleading – the “hardwood” floors are really cheap laminate that is bubbled and chipping. Lots of throw rugs to cover the imperfections but they were quite a trip hazard and we hated them! There’s no toaster in the kitchen; just an old toaster oven that took 8 minutes to toast 2 pieces of bread at a time. Took 45 min to make enough for the family. The shower’s glass partition is poorly designed; the floors got soaked as did the bath mats. The mats did not dry thoroughly and they got mildew in our 5 day stay – totally gross! We didn’t bring a hair dryer because the unit listed one, but it was broken, taped back together, and non-functioning. The heater in the front room was also broken, with a note taped to it to use the fireplace instead, so we had to heat the entire place just to warm up the dining area. The king size mattress was a chunk of foam rubber – not comfortable to sleep on. The trundle bed also only had foam mattresses so we had to pile up the blankets to make it more comfortable for the kids to sleep. All the extra pillows were missing.
    All of Building A and B had no WiFi for 2.5 days; wouldn’t be so bad if unit 35 had cell reception, but it didn’t. There was also no regular phone line, so there was no way to contact the office other than getting dressed and walking down to see them. Office staff were friendly and apologetic for the inconvenience but would not share passwords to “owner” WiFi network which was working. We paid a $150 cleaning fee, only to find leftover food on top of the fridge, a dirty glass on the mantle, and old French fries under the sofa. Lastly, we were unable to get a key to the locker in the garage so we had to bring our snowboards up to the condo each time we took a break.

    Overall this unit is great for a Mammoth Mountain ski weekend. The unit can comfortably fit 3 people. Very clean and spacious for a 1 bedroom. The close proximity to Canyon lodge makes it a great unit for easy access lift skiing.

    The location is amazing -- it's a short walk to Canyon Lodge and you have a view of the mountain from the unit! The building is older, but the unit itself was nicely renovated and had everything we needed. Covered parking was great in a snowstorm. Will book again!

    Need I say more! St Anton #35 is the perfect pad for a small family. The layout to hang all your snow gear was awesome. We counted 120+ hooks. My 8 year old daughter called it the hook house. :-)
