This is unit #39 - Newly remodeled super cozy one bedroom, one bath, side unit with afternoon sun, with views of the ski slopes and mountain bike trails. Beds: Master bedroom-king; living room sofa bed-queen sofa sleeper; dining room-queen murphy (wall) bed. Living room has a 42' flat screen TV with Blue ray player, master bedroom has a 40' flat screen TV. The courtyard area has a heated pool (summer only), 2 year round outdoor hot tubs, BBQs and picnic tables summer/fall. The recreation room has a dry sauna, pool table, kitchen area with refrigerator and microwave for group gatherings, a large screen TV, sitting area with large fireplace. For winter skiers, the complex is located roughly 110 yards from Chair 7 at Canyon Lodge.

ONLY 1 INSIDE PARKING SPOT IS GUARANTEED WITH THIS UNIT (6'8 clearance) any additional parking is not guaranteed.
NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO EMOTIONAL SUPPPORT ANIMALS.

  The condo was very clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and even closer to the lifts than we thought when booking. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

  We stayed a few days around Valentines Day. We have stayed at St Anton many times and it never disappoints. It was really cold so it was very convenient to be in Canyon parking lot essentially. Also did happy hour at Austria Hof and used the Gondola to get to the village for a dinner at Petra's returning on the trolley. Unit 37 is recently updated and very cozy. The staff had a major task clearing snow and did a great job. It is huge challenge this year.
