Unit #43 is beautifully updated one bedroom, one bath unit, close to the front of complex, with morning sun, including a view of the courtyard and gondola. The bright, fully equipped and updated kitchen includes all new stainless appliances. You will enjoy the new modern look, with all new tile floors in the kitchen, dining area and bath. Lovely new plush carpet in bedroom and living room. Master bedroom has an Eastern King for your comfort with wall mounted TV. Vanity area includes a custom cabinet with marble top and a gorgeous shower to enjoy with a shower seat for your convenience. New furniture throughout, with a beautiful stacked stone gas fireplace in the living room. 42" TV in living room has LED HDTV/ DVR/Blu-Ray player. There are plenty of DVDs to watch and an X-Box One is provided with lots of video games. App and movies can be accessed through the Xbox One. Login to your streaming content services with ease. Lastly, a Mac computer mini can be accessed through the TV. Board games and books are available as well, if you care to unplug. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room and twin bunk beds with XL mattresses for the kids. BONUS - The complex amenities include outdoor heated pool (summer only). 2 Jacuzzis for year round use. Recreation Room with soda machine, pool table and dry sauna, with two large restrooms with showers.

    The condo was like on photos, recently renovated, clean with everything you need to cook, or have a breakfast before going to slopes. For 3 of us there was plenty of space.

    Chair 7 is probably 2 min walk. 16 (Canyon Express) and 17 (SchoolYard) are probably 1-2 more min in ski boots.

    We usually stay at the village, but units there start showing their age and very few are renovated.

    We would definitely consider St. Anton for the next ski trip.

    The rental unit (43) was smelly at entrance. The sheets had multiple stains on them. The microwave top fell on my hand the first time I opened its door as I was planning to place a cup of milk causing the milk to spill all over me!!! The staff at the front desk was unfriendly to put it mildly.

    We have been coming to Mammoth for several years and have stayed in different locations. For the past 15 years, we have chosen St Anton because of the location. It is out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Mammoth yet still very accessible when we want to go down there for shopping or dining. The property is older. However, the grounds are well maintained and most of the units have been renovated. Unit #43 is in the perfect location in the building. When carrying many things from the car to "move in", it is handy to have it so close to the entrance. The unit has been very well maintained and renovated with nice appointments (tile and counters, etc) as well. We have noticed that over time, the living room furniture has become quite warn and the carpeting has some permanent stains which is all to be expected with a rental. It is still clean and very functional which is most important. Our only recommendation would be to have a fan in both the bedroom and living room. Ceiling fans would be ideal. The unit gets direct sun almost all day. Even with the windows fully opened, the drapes must be closed to block the sun and it is entirely too warm. This would not be a reason not to choose this property, and we know we will be back again next year and stay in the same location. Thank you to the office staff for always being so helpful and personable. It is always a pleasure to talk with them and get all questions answered.

    We had an amazing time at St Anton. It was very convenient to be so close to the lifts. The apartment was clean, good size for a family of 4. Arrival and departure process was very easy. We will definitely return to St Anton.

    For past 15 years, St. Anton Condos is where we stay.
    We prefer to stay in condos with more updated kitchen/bathrooms and this one did not disappoint.
    Few suggestions..one lounge chair living space, and usage of a Canyon ski locker.
