St Anton Condos #50

This is unit #50- A two bedroom, two bath, 2-story side unit with morning sun and a view of the courtyard. Beautiful updated kitchen, new floor, new bathroom vanity areas, new living room furniture. Master bedroom King bed with 46' flat screen TV. Upstairs bedroom- king bed and trundle bed, 60' flat screen TV. Living room 60' flat screen TV and Blu-Ray player. Onsite locker in our garage for boards, skis or fishing equipment. The courtyard area has a heated pool (summer only), 2 year round outdoor hot tubs, BBQs and picnic tables summer/fall. The recreation room has a dry sauna, pool table, kitchen area with refrigerator and microwave for group gatherings, a large screen TV, sitting area with large fireplace. For winter skiers, the complex is located roughly 110 yards from Chair 7 at Canyon Lodge.

ONLY 1 INSIDE PARKING SPOT IS GUARANTEED WITH THIS UNIT (6'8 clearance) any additional parking is not guaranteed.
NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO EMOTIONAL SUPPPORT ANIMALS.
ONLY ADA SERVICE ANIMALS ALLOWED.
Maximum occupancy: Six people including children.

  Unit was clean. 5 Stars. Underneath parking. No need to drive anywhere is especially good during snowy days. Walk to Canyon Lodge takes 5 minutes. 4 Stars because the unit we stayed in had no water pressure to the downstairs shower, kitchen sink, and dishwasher. Yet there was good pressure with the upstairs shower. You would hope this issue was reported earlier and resolved.

  Check in was great. Had an amazing week skiing Mammoth. The location is fantastic, on the slopes in five minutes. Great restaurant just across the street. The jacuzzis and sauna were amazing.

  While the location was great, the unit was in need of some repairs: kitchen faucet was stuck in spray mode & got water all over every time we used it, freezer was leaking water and the downstairs shower was pretty much unusable (lukewarm water EVERY time, even during non-peak shower times).

  We really enjoyed our stay at St. Antons. This was definitely the closest we had stayed to a ski resort. It's a super easy walk to the lifts at Canyon Lodge. And there was a nice area across the street where our kids did some sledding with a sled we picked up at a gas station on the way there.
  
  Some things were a little confusing, like the heaters and the fireplace. But, overall our stay was comfortable and fun. Would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in Mammoth.

  The location of these units, next to Canyon Lodge parking lot is awesome!
  There were a couple of issues at our rental #50.
  The fire place wasn’t working. The manager came up and fixed it right away!
  The kitchen sink faucet is broken and only sprays water. And not a solid flow.. I was told the owner needs to OK a faucet repair. So that was unable to be done on our visit. It worked but splashed water if not extra careful.
  Overall we were satisfied with our stay.
