  When we arrived around 7:30 we found the condo was not clean and the bedding was dirty. The management team was great in getting a cleaning crew in ASAP so that the unit was properly cleaned by 9:00 PM but it was very disappointing to not have everything ready when we came. The bedding available to put on the pull out sofa was all wrinkled and smelled bad. There is only 1 available closet and it has a very bad, mildowy smell in it and it is hard to tell if any of the linens are truly clean. None of them smell clean at all and some are on the closet floor. That closet is pretty gross and the managment needs to handle those linens better or just clean everything in the closet. There are NO coat hangers in the unit and management was unable or unwilling to provide coat hangers to us. There are almost no hooks anywhere either so it is just difficult to find places to put your clothes. We did not want to put anything into the one available closet because it smells so bad and isn't clean. The WiFi in the unit barely works and at times doesn't work. There is also weak service from Verizon and AT&T so you really need that Wifi to be strong and it is a weak and inconsistent signal. While we were in the unit a different guest walked in because he was given a key by management and told that the unit was empty. So the management is clearly very disorganized. It feels unsafe to have people given keys to a unit you are renting and to have management seemingly unaware of what units are free or occupied. We would never stay there again for all these reasons and would never recommend it.

  We loved being so close to Canyon Lodge. The bed and sofa bed were so comfortable and great that they were both king size. We were short on bath towels and never had dish towels even after asking. The shower head could be updated and we would have liked shampoo/conditioner/body wash. There was no TV remote for the main TV but lots of games and movies for the smaller TV. The kitchen was well equipped.
