St Anton Condos #75

Unit 75 is a cozy, newly renovated one bedroom, one bath condo. Beautifully updated unit with new gas fireplace, a 65' flat screen TV, comfortable new furniture. You will enjoy preparing your favorite meals in the beautiful updated kitchen with new appliances. The peaceful bedroom has a Cal king bed and a 55' flat screen TV. The courtyard area has a heated pool (summer only), 2 year round outdoor hot tubs, BBQs and picnic tables summer/fall. The recreation room has a dry sauna, pool table, kitchen area with refrigerator and microwave for group gatherings, a large screen TV, sitting area with large fireplace. For winter skiers, the complex is located roughly 110 yards from Chair 7 at Canyon Lodge.

ONLY 1 INSIDE PARKING SPOT IS GUARANTEED WITH THIS UNIT (6'8 clearance) any additional parking is not guaranteed.
NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO EMOTIONAL SUPPPORT ANIMALS.
ONLY CERTIFIED ADA SERVICE ANIMALS ALLOWED.
Maximum occupancy is four people, this is including children.

  We loved unit #75 (building C) at St. Anton Rental, Inc.the unit has a modern design with local images displayed throughout. This is the prime location for ski with access to Canyon Lodge chairs within minutes by foot without the need of parking the car. Mary, the office manager, is very helpful and supportive for anything you need while staying at St. Anton. We’ve been here in previous years in different units and all are well-kept. This is our 5th visi and unit #75 was our favorite. We highly recommend staying at St. Anton Rental. Thank you for having us and gladly will return for the next ski vacation.

  We have stayed at St. Anton's before, but this unit was by far the best one. Everything is new, with a clean, modern look. It's a photo opportunity everywhere you turn. The walls are beautifully decorated and the ski map was amazing, we checked it all the time. The kitchen was fully equipped and we felt like home cooking our favorite meals. The property is located right by Canyon Lodge, perfect for skiing without having to use your car. At one point the heater in the bedroom stopped heating and the administration team was prompt to give us an extra heating unit for the rest of our stay. We will definitely return to Mammoth and this is our go to stay. We highly recommend it!
